Spring Cleansing

Winter, with all its inward energy, helps me re-ground and reflect on who I am. Love (self-love, spiritual-love, community-love, nature-love) surrounds that reflective process. As spring arrives, with all its exuberant outward-energy, that love is made manifest- like a melting stream, it speaks a little louder, a little clearer, a little stronger.

This spring, I remember that love surrounds all of us in many forms. Love caters to our needs and energy. Like water, it shifts with the seasons. Let us give and receive and share in love this spring.
